These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ecoa. By accessing our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all of these rules.
01. Our Services
ecoa is a peer-to-peer feedback exchange platform for indie developers. The service allows users to submit their apps for testing and provide feedback on other users' apps in exchange for platform credits.
The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation.
02. Intellectual Property
Our Property: We are the owners or licensees of all intellectual property in our Services, including the source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, and graphics.
Your License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Services solely for your personal, non-commercial use related to testing your apps.
03. User Representations
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
- All registration information is true and accurate.
- You will maintain the accuracy of such information.
- You have the legal capacity to accept these terms.
- You are not a minor (18 years old minimum).
- You will not use bots to mine data or credits.
- Your use does not violate any applicable law.
04. Prohibited Activities
You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than the one for which we make the Services available. Prohibited activities include:
- Attempting to game the credit system through fake or automated feedback.
- Systematically retrieving data or other content to create a database or directory without permission.
- Deceiving, defrauding, or misleading us and other users.
- Using any information obtained from the Services to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
- Misusing our support services or submitting false reports.
- Using the Services in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.
05. Your Contributions (Feedback and Apps)
By posting feedback or submitting your apps, you warrant that you hold the necessary rights to that content and that it does not violate the rights of third parties (including copyright and privacy).
You are entirely responsible for what you post. We reserve the right to remove any content we deem offensive or in violation of these terms.
06. Content License
By submitting feedback or apps, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, use, copy, reproduce, and display such content on ecoa for the purposes of operating the platform.
07. Termination
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without notice or liability, to deny access to and use of the services to any person for any reason, including, without limitation, the breach of any representation, warranty, or covenant contained in these terms.
08. Governing Law
These terms and your use of the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of the platform owner's place of domicile.
10. Subscriptions, Billing, and Downgrades
We offer subscription options in Monthly, Semiannual, and Annual cycles with discounts configured by the administrator. Payments are charged in a single installment on the date of purchase.
No Prorated Refunds: If you cancel or downgrade to a lower plan in the middle of the contracted period, there will be no return or prorated refund of amounts paid. The higher-tier plan and all current features will remain available and active on your account until the exact end of the period already paid for.
Active App Quota (Downgrade Rule): If the plan downgrade reduces the limit of active apps allowed on your account, the system will apply a strict priority rule: only the first registered apps (in chronological order of registration) will remain active. All others will be automatically marked as Inactive (Paused).
APK Grace Period: We grant a grace period of 30 calendar days from the effective date of the downgrade. During this interval, APK/ZIP files that exceed the new plan size limits or that belong to suspended apps will be preserved. Once the 30-day grace period has elapsed, these executables will be permanently removed from our storage.
